We like to keep things fair and clear. These guidelines help protect you and ensure our services run smoothly.

Rental Policy Highlights:

• Roll-off dumpster rentals include 30 days

• After 30 days, a $100 monthly usage charge applies

• Do not overfill bins — must be level to top only

• No hazardous materials, tires, or mixed waste

• Scrap-only bins: no rental fee, $1.00 deducted per 100 lbs to cover costs

 

We reserve the right to refuse bins that are unsafe or improperly loaded.
